Christian's Blue Ribbon Strada

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup Jack Miller's Bar-B-Que Sauce
  • 6 slices cubed bread
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheese

Brown sausage. Drain well. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard in bowl. Add barbecue sauce, bread, cheese, and sausage. Pour mixture into greased 9x12 baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Allow to stand for a few minutes before serving.
