Ingredients:
2 Ibs. ground meat
1/2 cup Jack Miller’s Bar-B-Que Sauce
1/2 head of onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic
1 egg
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Jack Miller’s All Purpose Seasoning to taste
6 oz. Jack Miller’s Spicy Cajun Dip
6 oz. water
Cooking Instructions:
Mix together all ingredients except Cajun Dip and water. Form into loaf. Bake at 400 degrees. When loaf is browned pour Cajun Dip then water over loaf. Continue to bake until done; about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
